MailScanner
Phormat uses a piece of software called MailScanner to scan all customer email for virus infection, spam, phishing attacks and other malicious content.
This may result in attachments being removed from email, or the content of email being altered (disarmed) to mitigate these attacks.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, or need a copy of an attachment that was removed from an email you received, then please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
